Nurture Early Years
Our Ethos
At our child-centred early years settings, we believe that every child deserves to be safe, happy, and secure. We are committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of all children in our care. Our focus is to support and nurture confidence, independence, happiness, and engagement in our children and we believe then the learning will follow.

Running through every aspect of a safe and supportive environment is safeguarding. Our safeguarding ethos is based on the following principles:

Promoting a culture of safety and vigilance: We believe that safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and we encourage all staff members to be vigilant and proactive in identifying and reporting any concerns about a child's welfare.
Putting the needs of the child first: We place the needs of the child at the heart of everything we do, and we are committed to listening to and respecting their views and opinions.
Providing a safe physical environment: We ensure that our premises are safe and secure, with appropriate measures in place to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all children and staff members.
Recruiting and training staff to a high standard: We take great care in recruiting staff members who share our commitment to safeguarding and who have the necessary skills and experience to provide high-quality care to children. We provide regular training and support to ensure that all staff members are equipped to recognise and respond appropriately to any safeguarding concerns.
Working in partnership with parents and carers: We recognize the vital role that parents and carers play in supporting the development and wellbeing of their children. We work collaboratively with parents and carers to share information, provide support, and ensure that all children receive the best possible care.
Overall, our ethos is focused on creating a safe and nurturing environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.
